As part of the annual Cottonwood city-wide volunteer day, volunteer to hand tie blankets for cancer patients.

If you know how to tie a knot you are qualified to attend. People of all ages can enjoy participating in this event to touch the life of a cancer patient to let them know “You Are Not Alone”. Fleece material for the no-sew blankets will be provided and are pre-cut. All you need to do is show up and tie knots to make a blanket out of two pieces of material.

Blankets are donated locally to Northern Arizona Healthcare – Verde Valley Medical Center – Cottonwood Medical Oncology Clinic and Infusion Services.
